Ensure Shake
Ensure Shake is a powdered oral nutritional supplement for people with, or at risk of developing, disease-related malnutrition. Ensure Shake is available in 4 tasty flavours; banana, chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. Each sachet, when made with 200 ml whole milk, provides 386 kcal per serving and 17.2 g of protein.* When made into a compact style drink and mixed with 100 ml whole milk, each sachet provides 319 kcal per serving and 13.7 g of protein.*

PREPARATION
To make a delicious milkshake, measure 200 or 100 ml of whole milk. Then empty the contents of one sachet into a glass and add a little of the milk to the powder then mix with a fork until smooth. Add the remaining milk and stir until smooth.
